Jorge Reyes Jr.
(U.S. Army Veteran)
Chief Executive Officer & Chairman, Board of Executive Advisors
Jorge Reyes Jr. is a transformational security executive, military veteran, and former city and federal law enforcement leader with more than 32 years of experience in corporate security, executive protection, global investigations, and enterprise risk management. As CEO of Guardion Protection and Chairman of the Board of Executive Advisors, he leads intelligence-driven security strategies that protect people, assets, and brand reputation across complex organizations.
Jorge previously served as a U.S. Army Counterintelligence Agent and Combat Medic, an NYPD Police Officer, and a Senior Special Agent within the U.S. Government’s Executive Branch, where he led high-risk investigations, intelligence operations, and executive protection missions. He has also held senior leadership roles with global organizations including Dolby Labs, Luxottica, Assurant, Westgate Resorts, and Discovery Land.
Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Liderman USA, where he helped drive commercial growth by 70–80% and created strong strategic partnerships within the competitive security services sector. Throughout his career, Jorge has led enterprise security and brand protection programs that improved operational performance and risk reduction by 30–50%, earning recognition for building resilient, intelligence-led security operations across multinational environments.




Jon Adler
Executive Advisory Board Member
Jon Adler is President of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Foundation, a leading national nonprofit supporting families of fallen federal officers and advancing officer safety and suicide prevention initiatives. A former senior Department of Justice official, he served as Director of the Bureau of Justice Assistance, where he oversaw major federal criminal justice grant programs, including national training, equipment, and technical assistance.
With 26 years in federal law enforcement, Adler spent 16 years with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York as Chief Firearms and Tactical Training Officer. He also served as a 9/11 first responder at Ground Zero, helping lead multi-agency search and rescue efforts.
A recognized leader in the field, Adler has chaired the Congressional Badge of Bravery Review Board and served on multiple national advisory boards. He remains active across leading law enforcement organizations and professional associations.


Hugo Cartagena
Executive Advisory Board Member & Chief Entrepreneurial Consultant
Hugo is the President of the International Entrepreneur Chamber (IECCUS), where he leads initiatives that connect and empower business leaders across global markets. With more than 40 years of executive leadership experience, he has built and led successful ventures in real estate, construction, and investment, serving as CEO of Mega Home since 1985.
He brings deep expertise in business development, financial strategy, negotiation, and cross-border partnerships, advising leaders on scaling operations and navigating complex international markets. Known for his practical insight and global perspective, Hugo has consistently driven sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
At Guardion Protection, Hugo will contribute strategic guidance on international expansion, partnership development, and revenue growth. His experience in high-value asset management and risk-aware investment will strengthen Guardion’s positioning in security-driven markets, while his global network will open doors to new opportunities and alliances.
He studied at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and completed advanced executive education in administration and leadership at Logos International University in Miami. His leadership, mentorship, and commitment to fostering international collaboration make him a strong asset to our board.

José Ismael Irizarry Betancourt
Executive Advisory Board Member & Lead Veteran’s Consultant
José Ismael Irizarry Betancourt is a Puerto Rican philanthropist, veteran, and business leader dedicated to service, leadership, and community development. A former U.S. Army paratrooper, he brings discipline, resilience, and a mission-driven mindset to his work across diverse sectors.
He is the Founder of Veteranos con Puerto Rico, an initiative committed to supporting veterans—particularly seniors—by connecting them with essential services, programs, and long-term resources. His professional experience spans wellness, education, and economic development, including founding International Health Promotions.
Mr. Irizarry has served for over 20 years on the Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico and currently leads the PGA Legacy Fund, advancing scholarships and impactful community initiatives. He is recognized for building strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth and meaningful impact across Puerto Rico.

Natacha Abreu
Executive Advisory Board Member & Lead Consultant
Natacha Abreu is an entrepreneur, CEO, real estate business broker, and strategic growth leader with a strong track record in building and scaling businesses across multiple industries. She is the Founder and CEO of GNE Cleaning Services, a full-service facility solutions company she acquired and expanded into a multi-service operation offering commercial janitorial, building maintenance, post-construction, specialty cleaning, and facility support services for commercial, residential, and hospitality clients.
In parallel, Natacha has worked extensively with Fortune 500 technology companies and large enterprises, leading strategic accounts and growth initiatives focused on workflow automation, ERP/MIS systems, production planning, and operational efficiency. She helps organizations modernize operations, increase visibility, reduce costs, and scale effectively.
As a Real Estate Business Broker, she advises business owners, investors, and developers on growth strategy, acquisitions, and business sales.
Known for bridging strategy and execution, Natacha excels at identifying opportunities, structuring deals, and leading complex initiatives—driving sustainable growth and long-term value creation.


Jim McDonald
Executive Advisory Board Member & Law Enforcement Consultant
Jim McDonald is a seasoned security executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience spanning law enforcement, global physical security, and enterprise leadership. He began his career as a Detective Sergeant with the City of Snellville Police Department, where he led complex criminal investigations and coordinated multi-agency operations alongside federal partners including the DEA, ATF, and ICE. His work supported major narcotics enforcement actions and the successful resolution of high-profile criminal cases.
After transitioning to the private sector, Jim built and led global security programs for major logistics and supply chain organizations, overseeing protection strategies across more than 100 facilities worldwide. He has directed multimillion-dollar security initiatives, established Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs), implemented advanced threat monitoring technologies, and delivered measurable cost savings while strengthening regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
As Founder and CEO of MTC Group, Jim leads the development of a 360° layered physical security ecosystem designed to modernize protection strategies and elevate industry standards. Known for aligning security with business performance, he brings a powerful combination of investigative expertise, executive leadership, and entrepreneurial vision to advancing the future of enterprise physical security.



Fernando Álvarez
Executive Advisory Board Member & Business Partner
Fernando provides strategic investigative insight, operational leadership, and international intelligence expertise. He actively participates in national security partnership initiatives with the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service. Under his leadership, Drakonx Investigations became the first U.S. agency to offer private investigative services in Cuba, operating from offices in Florida and California. He also maintains and collaborates with an extensive international investigative network that supports cross-border intelligence gathering and complex global investigations.
Fernando Álvarez serves as Chief Investigator of the Missing Children Global Network and is a Cuban-American private investigator, security consultant, and intelligence analyst with more than two decades of experience in complex investigative operations. His background includes high-risk investigations, undercover operations, advanced surveillance, risk assessments, and international background intelligence.
He is the founder and director of Drakonx Investigations and Drakonx Academy, organizations that deliver investigative, intelligence, and security services across the United States and Latin America to corporations, law firms, financial institutions, and private clients. Álvarez also contributes to international initiatives dedicated to locating and protecting vulnerable minors and has worked with investigative and security agencies on sensitive matters requiring discretion, precision, and advanced investigative methodology.

Daniel Farrell
Executive Advisory Board Member & Business Partner
Daniel Farrell is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with a distinguished career spanning security services, financial markets, and strategic business development. He is the CEO and Owner of Silver Star Protection Group, a Chicago-based security and secure transport firm delivering advanced protection programs for corporate clients, private residences, events, and high-value transportation operations. Under his leadership, the company has built a reputation for providing disciplined, technology-driven security solutions supported by professionals from law enforcement and military backgrounds.
Prior to leading Silver Star, Daniel served as Managing Director and Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Phalanx Capital Management, where he successfully generated more than $500 million in assets under management from high-net-worth investors, family offices, and institutional funds. He also oversees operational management, compliance, and strategic planning for the firm.
Earlier in his career, Daniel held senior sales and strategic account roles with Experian and HSBC’s Decision One Mortgage, consistently exceeding revenue targets and earning industry recognition for top performance. Known for his strategic vision, relationship-building expertise, and operational leadership, Daniel brings extensive experience in business growth, financial strategy, and security operations.


Abdullah (Zee) Azizi

Abdullah “Zee” Azizi is a U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and global technology innovator with a diverse portfolio spanning technology, automotive services, digital marketing, and e-commerce. As Founder and CEO of Webfume Technologies, he leads a California-based digital development and marketing firm delivering web development, corporate branding, and digital growth solutions to businesses across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Middle East.
A former U.S. Army Military Intelligence professional, Zee served eight years in the military before transitioning into entrepreneurship. In 2014, he successfully expanded his family’s automotive business into a multi-venture operation, launching Ace Auto Care, Ace Auto Dealers, and Ace Auto Details, providing comprehensive automotive services and customer-focused solutions.
Zee has also co-founded several ventures including Azeze, an international e-commerce brand, and additional technology-driven initiatives focused on innovation and digital growth. Known for his resilience, adaptability, and global business perspective, he combines military discipline with entrepreneurial vision to build scalable companies and innovative solutions across multiple industries.

Ray Lainez
Executive Advisory Board Member & Business Partner
Ray Lainez brings more than 29 years of leadership experience in the hospitality and service industries, built on a foundation of operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and people-centered leadership. His professional journey spans the full spectrum of hospitality, beginning in hotel operations at select-service brands such as Days Inn and advancing to luxury hospitality environments including Four Seasons Resorts, where high standards of service, attention to detail, and guest experience define success.
Over the course of his career, Ray has also gained extensive experience in valet parking and parking management operations, working with two major national parking companies and developing a deep understanding of service-driven operational models. This experience provided the strategic insight and industry perspective that led to the founding of World Class Parking Systems.
World Class Parking Systems was established with the vision of transforming valet parking into a true extension of luxury hospitality. The company specializes in valet parking and garage management services for hotels, casinos, hospitals, residential communities, and high-end commercial properties. Under Ray’s leadership philosophy, the focus remains on building teams that take pride in delivering exceptional service while creating an environment where professionals collaborate, grow, and succeed together.

Andre Boersma
Executive Advisory Board Member & Hospitality Consultant
Andre Boersma is a seasoned hospitality executive and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Paradero Hotels. He brings extensive experience leading luxury resorts, private clubs, and mixed-use developments across Mexico, the Caribbean, and Turks & Caicos. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing, launching, and operating some of the region’s most recognized golf, residential, and luxury hospitality destinations.
His leadership experience includes senior roles at Playa Grande Golf & Ocean Club in the Dominican Republic, Sugar Beach – A Viceroy Resort in Saint Lucia, One&Only Resorts in Los Cabos and the Bahamas, Querencia Los Cabos, and Danzante Bay TPC Golf & Beach Resort in Mexico. He has also served as Managing Director of Sailrock South Caicos, a luxury villa-centric resort and residential community.
Andre is known for combining strong operational leadership with financial and analytical expertise. He specializes in guiding complex hospitality and real estate developments from concept through opening and full operations, working closely with investors, luxury hotel brands, architects, designers, and government stakeholders. His approach focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences for high-net-worth clientele while creating long-term value for partners, investors, and local communities.

Arminda “Mindy” Figueroa

Arminda “Mindy” Figueroa is an award-winning entrepreneur, strategic communications leader, and recognized expert in Hispanic marketing, multicultural engagement, and healthcare communications. As Founder and CEO of the award-winning consulting firm Latin2Latin Marketing (L2L), she has designed and executed hundreds of innovative strategic initiatives for corporations, entrepreneurs, and organizations, helping clients expand market share and strengthen multicultural market positioning.
Mindy is widely respected for her expertise in cultural intelligence, leadership, and business strategy, earning a reputation as a thought leader and influential connector within the business community. Nathan Ferree

Nathan Ferree (Ret.) is a seasoned executive and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning aviation, security, logistics, and high-end private estate management. He currently serves as Director of Residences and Owner’s Representative for a confidential high-net-worth (HNW) family, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, residential and commercial properties, infrastructure systems, vendor contracts, and complex construction and operational projects across geographically diverse environments.
Prior to his current role, Nathan served as Chief Operating Officer for a statewide educational organization and held senior logistics leadership roles within North America’s manufacturing sector, leading cross-functional teams and initiatives that delivered significant operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
His leadership foundation was built during a distinguished 20-year career as a U.S. Navy helicopter pilot and officer, where he commanded aviation missions, managed combat-ready programs, and coordinated joint and international air operations. Richard Staynings

Richard Staynings serves as Chief Security Strategist at Cylera, a pioneer in medical device and Healthcare Internet of Things (HIoT) cybersecurity, and as Professor of Healthcare Cybersecurity at the University of Denver, where he teaches postgraduate courses in cybersecurity and health informatics.

Jorge Sepulveda

Jorge Sepulveda is Chief Revenue Officer at Express Analytics and an enterprise technology leader with over 30 years of experience driving revenue growth, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships across global markets. Félix Nuñez Irizarry

Colonel (Retired) Félix Nuñez Irizarry is a distinguished law enforcement leader with 29 years of honorable service in the Puerto Rico Police Department (PRPD). Throughout his career, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, operational discipline, and an unwavering commitment to public safety. Rising through the ranks to Colonel, he held several key command roles, most notably within the Division of Communications and the Centro de Operations – Radio Control, where he coordinated critical field operations, communications strategy, and logistical support for law enforcement units across Puerto Rico.
His leadership strengthened operational readiness, interagency collaboration, and mission coordination, including support for Joint Task Force initiatives. Colonel Nuñez Irizarry also directed and managed the Police Auxiliary Force, overseeing organization, training, and deployment to support departmental operations and community safety programs.
Recognized for his integrity and dedication, he received multiple commendations throughout his career, including formal recognition from the Puerto Rico Senate and honors from the Puerto Rico Police Bureau. Upon retiring after nearly three decades of service, he left a legacy of professionalism, leadership, and commitment to public service. He is recognized under the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA).





Nawfal Filali Fikri
(Ret. LEO)
Executive Advisory Board Member
Nawfal Filali Fikri serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA), where he works directly with national leadership to develop high-impact partnerships that support, advocate for, and strengthen the federal law enforcement community across the United States. In this role, he helps expand resources, build strategic alliances with industry and government stakeholders, and advance initiatives that benefit federal officers and their families nationwide.
A retired police officer, Nawfal brings real-world operational experience and leadership insight to his work across public safety, healthcare, and entrepreneurship. He also serves as Regional Business Development Manager at Blauer, leading federal, military, and international growth initiatives in the Washington, D.C. region while supporting agencies with mission-critical uniforms and protective solutions.
Additionally, he is Director of Partnerships at Aspire Rejuvenation Clinic, expanding wellness and performance programs tailored for law enforcement officers, military personnel, and first responders. As the founder of Filali Consulting, he coaches veterans, law enforcement professionals, and entrepreneurs transitioning into business ownership and high-performance sales careers.


Robin Martin
(U.S. Army Veteran)
Executive Advisory Board Member
Robin Martin is a respected nonprofit executive, community leader, and U.S. Army veteran dedicated to addressing homelessness and housing insecurity in South Florida. As Executive Director of Rebuilding Together Broward County, he leads initiatives that provide critical home repairs, housing stability, and community revitalization programs that improve the lives of vulnerable families, veterans, and seniors.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience in homelessness services, Robin previously served as Executive Director of HOPE South Florida, where he significantly expanded the organization’s impact. Under his leadership, the annual operating budget grew from approximately $550,000 to over $2 million while launching nationally recognized programs that provide crisis and rapid rehousing services for homeless families and veterans, as well as daily meal support for hundreds of individuals experiencing homelessness.
Robin served in the U.S. Army during Operation Joint Guard in Bosnia-Herzegovina as part of NATO’s Stabilization Force. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Western Seminary. Widely recognized for his leadership, he has received honors including the Miami Herald’s 20 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Award and Non-Profit Leader of the Year.





Emilio López Fleites
Executive Advisory Board Member
Emilio López is a seasoned executive protection and security professional with more than 20 years of experience safeguarding high-profile individuals, government officials, and corporate leaders worldwide. He serves as Director of Security at the Miami Strategic Intelligence Institute (MSI²) and President and CEO of GRP Corp, where he leads international protection operations and risk management initiatives for heads of state, diplomats, executives, and globally recognized artists.
Throughout his career, López has conducted protective assignments for prominent figures including Ivanka Trump, former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, Madonna, Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, Itamar Ben-Gvir, and Yair Netanyahu, among others. His work involves complex operational planning, international coordination, and high-level threat assessment.
López has supported federal security missions with FEMA and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and has served on specialized response teams handling high-risk environments. He holds a degree in Criminal Law from the University of Havana, maintains multiple U.S. security and investigative licenses, and is a UNITAR–UN certified intelligence analysis specialist and NRA-certified instructor. He is also an active member of the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO).

Gary Seeberan

Gary Seeberan is an accomplished Senior Project Management professional and Executive Board Advisory Member with extensive experience leading complex projects across emergency management, construction, facilities management, and public sector infrastructure programs. Currently serving as a Project Management Consultant with Hagerty Consulting, Gary has supported large-scale initiatives for the California Department of Public Health, the Florida Department of Emergency Management, and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, delivering critical recovery, resilience, and infrastructure projects.
With decades of professional experience, Gary has managed projects across all Project Management Institute (PMI) process groups, specializing in contractor and vendor management, project budgeting, business planning, operations management, property evaluation, construction audits, and construction management. He also contributed to the Hurricane Sandy recovery program with the New York City Department of Design and Construction, helping oversee reconstruction and compliance efforts.
Gary holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management. He is a PMI member and OSHA 30 certified, recognized for driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery in complex, high-stakes environments.






Angelo M. Marino

Executive Advisory Board Member
Angelo M. Marino is a globally recognized security risk management and asset protection leader with more than 25 years of executive management experience and over three decades in close protection and international security operations. He currently serves as Lead Asset Protection and Safety Manager for Quebec at RONA and Director of the ASIS International Quebec Chapter.
Throughout his career, Angelo has led enterprise security programs, operational strategy development, compliance initiatives, and business continuity planning across corporate and public sector environments. His global expertise includes directing security operations and training missions in 48 countries, where he has trained more than 8,000 security, law enforcement, and military personnel. He has also served as Lead Trainer for state security details in two countries and a Royal Protection Team in the Gulf region.
Angelo holds a Master of Science in Policing and Social Conflict and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration. Recognized internationally as a certified specialist and instructor in corporate security, executive protection, and high-risk operations, he was honored with the Canadian House of Commons Citizenship Achievement Award for outstanding service to community and country.

Pedro R. Rivera

Pedro R. Rivera is a seasoned healthcare and business professional with nearly 30 years of experience spanning clinical practice, healthcare operations, and medical industry entrepreneurship. As an Executive Board Advisory Member, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective that combines clinical expertise, operational insight, and strategic business leadership.
Throughout his career, Pedro has served as a Surgical Technologist, Registered Nurse, and Level 3 Massage Therapist specializing in Lymphatic Drainage, gaining extensive experience in high-precision medical environments where safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency are critical. His clinical background provides deep knowledge of healthcare systems, risk management practices, and patient-centered operational standards.
In addition to his clinical career, Pedro successfully operated a medical equipment business, where he managed supplier negotiations, inventory systems, commercial operations, and institutional client relationships. This experience strengthened his expertise in business strategy, resource optimization, and operational management.
Recognized for his disciplined approach and commitment to excellence, Pedro contributes valuable insight into safety standards, compliance frameworks, and organizational efficiency, supporting Guardion Protection’s mission to build resilient, high-performing organizations.

Evely Reis
Executive Advisory Board Member
Evely Reis is a dynamic C-suite leader, entrepreneur, and growth strategist with extensive experience in business development, sales leadership, and strategic planning across B2B and B2C markets. As Senior Vice President at Conecta Miami, she plays a key role in driving strategic partnerships, market expansion, and organizational growth within the South Florida business community.
With a strong background in sales and operational leadership, Evely previously served as National Sales Manager at Prime North Distribution, where she led high-performing teams, developed revenue-generating strategies, and strengthened market positioning over a six-year tenure. Her leadership consistently focused on expanding client relationships, improving sales performance, and creating scalable business development initiatives.
Known for her authentic leadership style and results-driven mindset, Evely is also an experienced business coach who supports entrepreneurs and organizations in achieving sustainable growth. Trilingual in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, she brings a global perspective and strong cross-cultural communication skills that enable her to build strategic connections and drive impactful business outcomes.

Andy Zamudio

Throughout his career, Gui has led high-end hospitality operations across several renowned properties including Chateau Mar Golf Resort, The Pillars Hotel & Club, and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. As General Manager of The Pillars Hotel for nearly six years, he played a key role in elevating guest experience, strengthening operational performance, and maintaining the property’s reputation as one of Fort Lauderdale’s most distinguished boutique luxury hotels.
With more than 15 years of hospitality leadership experience, Gui specializes in luxury service standards, operational management, staff development, and revenue optimization.
